Preparing Today Builds a Better Tomorrow
One thing I've learned through meal prep is that preparing today builds a better tomorrow. Most people think success comes from motivation, but a lot of times it comes from preparation. When I take a little time today to plan my meals, cook some food, and get organized, I'm making life easier for myself later. Tomorrow's version of me might be tired. I might be busy. I might not feel like cooking. But because I prepared today, I already have a plan. I already have food ready to go. And this doesn't just apply to meal prep. It applies to life. The small things we do today—planning, learning, saving, exercising, showing up consistently—create opportunities for a better tomorrow. You don't have to be perfect.
