I started this journey two months ago in an attempt to lose weight. So far I am down 13 lbs.! The most weight I have lost and kept off in years. My goal is 20 more lbs.. These high protein recipes have made a huge difference in the way I cook. I've learned to adapt any recipe I want to try to be a healthier version. Which is the reason I have been able to keep the weight off.
The meal prep part has kept me on track by eating healthy. I meal prep once a week, to include frozen burritos and at least two sometimes up to four different dishes a week.
